Himlung Himal (7,126 meters) is a stunning peak located in the Peri Himal range of the Nepalese Himalayas, close to the Tibetan border. Known for its breathtaking views and accessible routes, it is a popular destination for climbers seeking a less-crowded yet challenging expedition. The journey to Himlung takes adventurers through the remote Nar-Phu Valley, rich in Tibetan culture and pristine landscapes.
With moderate technical difficulty, Himlung Himal is ideal for experienced trekkers and climbers looking to transition to higher-altitude mountaineering. The ascent offers incredible vistas of neighboring peaks, including Annapurna and Manaslu. The best seasons for climbing Himlung are spring and autumn, ensuring stable weather and optimal conditions.
