3 peaks expedition is one of the popular expedition in Nepal which include climbing of 3 beautiful peaks of Everest region which gives us thrilling experience and view of majestic mountains of some of the biggest in the world. This expedition starts from Kathmandu from where we will fly to Lukla and climb Mera Peak 6476 meters which is the tallest among 3 peaks and then to Island Peak 6165 meters and at last Lobuche East Peak which is 6119 meters with Everest base camp.
This is famous among the thrill seeker adventure lover and mountaineers who wants to explore and experience different mountains in a single trip with one and only Everest base camp.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 01:
Arrival in Kathmandu and meet with our representative at the airport and transfer to Hotel. Welcome drink and short briefing about Mera Peak Expedition.
Overnight in Hotel - 1400 meters
Day 02:
Preparation day, sightseeing and Gear checking in Kathmandu.
Overnight in Hotel – 1400 meters
Day 03:
Drive to Ramechhap 4 Hour and Fly to Lukla 20 minutes and Trek to Paiya.
Overnight in Lodge – 2730 meters
Day 04:
Trek to Pangom from Paiya
Overnight in Lodge – 2864 meters
Day 05:
Trek to Nagindingma from Pangom.
Overnight in Lodge – 2650 meters
Day 06:
Trek to Khola Kharka from Nagindingma.
Overnight in Lodge - 3930 meters
Day 07:
Trek to Kothe from Khola Kharka for few hours.
Overnight in Lodge – 3691 meters
Day 08:
Trek to Thaknak from Kothe.
Overnight in Lodge - 4358 meters
Day 09-10:
Trek to Khare from Thaknak for 3 hours maximum and acclimatize for one more day in Khare.
Overnight in Lodge - 5045 meters
Day 11-12:
Climb to Mera High Camp 5780 meters and rest in tented camp in high camp. We will wake up at 2 AM and then we will start summit push of Mera Peak 6476 meters in the night and will return to khare via high camp. This will be very long day where we will be trekking and climbing for more than 12 hours in total. We also have one day extra for contingency.

Trek to Khamedingma.

Day 14:
Trek to Seto Pokhari
Overnight in Tent - 5035 meters

Trek to Amphu Lapcha Base
Overnight in Tent - 5400 meters
Day 16:
Trek to Chhukung by crossing Amphu Laptsa pass at 5850 meters
Overnight in Hotel – 4730 meters
Day 17:
Hike to Island Peak High Camp
Overnight in Tent - 5550 meters
Day 18:
Summit Island Peak 6189 meters and back to Chhukung
Overnight in Lodge – 4730 meters
Day 19:
Trek to Lobuche from Chhukung
Overnight in Lodge – 4940 meters
Day 20:
Trek to Everest Base Camp and then trek to Goraksherp
Overnight in Lodge – 5170 meters
Day 21:
Trek to Kalapatthar 5545 meters and back to Lobuche.
Overnight in lodge – 4940 meters
Day 22:
Trek to Lobuche High Camp
Overnight in Tent – 5400 meters
Day 23-24:
Summit Lobuche Peak 6119 meters and back to Lobuche. One extra day due to contingency.

Include
Our 3 Peaks with Everest Base Camp package includes:
1. All airport and hotel transfer domestic and international.
2. 4 nights' accommodation at 3-4-star hotel with breakfast.
3. Domestic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and Back.
4. Kathmandu city sightseeing tour as per the above itinerary and entrance fees.
5. Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with Tea & coffee and hot/cold filter water during the trek, base camp and all other places than Kathmandu.
6. Lodge during trek and tented accommodation during climbing period on sharing basis. We will have a well settled base camp service in all the high camps of 3 peaks.
7. Climbing and trekking guide during the trek.
8. Cook, helper, porters and their food & accommodation, salary, equipment’s & insurance for high camp services.
9. Camping Equipment’s, Tents, Kitchen Utensils and Mattresses with high foods.
10. 1 Duffle Bag, Radio Set, Satellite Phone, Map, Weather Report, Heater, Solar or Generator in High Camp for charging mobile, laptop etc.
11. Climbing permit of Mera Peak, Island Peak, Lobuche Peak, National park fees, Rural Municipality Fees and another necessary permit.
12. Waste, members stool and garbage management fees and all necessary permits.
13. Training of using gears, rope and other important knowledge and sharing experience of the expedition.
14. First Aid Medical Kit box, frequent medical checkup and necessary emergency equipment’s.
15. Office Service charge and Certificates.
Exclude
Our Climbing Package Cost doesn't include:
1. Any meals (Lunch and Dinner) in Kathmandu except breakfast in hotel.
2. Travel insurance that should cover your accidental, medical and emergency rescue evacuation in case of worst case.
3. International air fare to and from Nepal.
4. Nepal Tourist Visa fees.
5. Items and expenses of personal nature like beer, Any kind of alcoholic drinks, cold drinks, snacks, laundry, phone call, internet.
6. Personal Trekking and climbing Equipment’s needed for climbing. We recommend you to check all gears before heading to expedition in Kathmandu. Our guide will help you in organizing gears.
7. Emergency Evacuation (Helicopter Rescue).
8. Any costs which arise due to a change of the itinerary, because of landslides, domestic flight delays, political disturbance, and strikes etc.
9. Summit Bonus to Climbing Sherpa of minimum 300 USD to climbing guide.
10. Any other costs whatsoever, that is not mentioned in the cost included.
11. Horse renting and porters during the trek.
12. Tips for guide, porters, driver, cooks and other staff.

Gear Checklist
Clothing and Gear for a 6,000-Meter Mountain Expedition
When heading up to 6,000 meters, staying warm, dry, and safe is the priority. Here's what you'll need:
Clothing
- Base Layers: Thermal tops and bottoms (synthetic or merino wool) to keep sweat off your skin.
- Mid Layers: A fleece jacket and insulated pants for warmth.
- Outer Layers: A waterproof and windproof jacket and pants (Gore-Tex or similar). You'll also need a thick down jacket for cold nights and the summit.
- Accessories:
- A warm hat and a neck gaiter or balaclava.
- Sunglasses (UV-protected) and glacier goggles.
- Thin gloves for general use and thick insulated mittens for extreme cold.
- Warm socks (at least 2-3 pairs).
Footwear
- Insulated mountaineering boots (double boots are a great choice).
- Gaiters to keep snow out of your boots.
Climbing Gear
- A helmet for protection.
- Climbing harness and crampons (make sure they fit your boots).
- Ice axe and trekking poles (adjustable with snow baskets).
- A couple of carabiners (lockable and regular).
Camping Gear
- A sleeping bag rated for -20°C to -30°C.
- An insulated sleeping pad for comfort and warmth.
Cooking and Hydration
- A lightweight stove with enough fuel.
- An insulated water bottle (so your water doesn’t freeze).
- High-energy snacks like nuts, chocolate, and energy bars.
Other Essentials
- A backpack (50-70L for gear) and a smaller daypack for the summit push.
- A headlamp with spare batteries.
- Sunscreen (SPF 50+) and lip balm.
- A basic first aid kit.
